Potted shrimps in oak smoked butter
These potted shrimps have been prepared using our award winning traditional recipe,using ground mace, nutmeg, cayenne pepper and lemon juice.
The shrimps are then sealed with oak smoked butter.we have gently smoked this butter using oak chippings taken from old oak whisky barrels,giving this butter a warm smokey flavour.
Ingredients shrimps 70% butter 30 % salt spices,lemon juice.
Our southport shrimps have been hand peeled and are then re cooked in a special blend of spices including ground mace,ground nutmeg and cayenne pepper.also some secret ingredients.and sealed in salted butter.

Our oak smoked butter potted shrimps uses the same recipe as the traditional potted shrimps in butter except we gently smoke our butter in oak chippings,taken from old whisky barrells to create a warm smokey flavour to our butter.
